Transfer

For ID photo / Portrait orders, your photo is transferred for processing to OpenAI, L.L.C. in the USA, based on your explicit consent. Without it you cannot use the ID photo / Portrait product; the visa product involves no such transfer, but this version uses the same consent screen.
