Refund Policy
This text accurately describes how the service works; it will be legally reviewed before launch.
Orders we cannot deliver
If we cannot produce a photo that passes our quality checks, or cannot deliver for a technical reason, you are refunded in full.
Preview before payment
You see your finished photo as a watermarked preview before paying. If your photo is unsuitable (e.g. the face is not visible, or it breaks visa rules) or no preview passes our checks, you are not charged; you can upload a new photo for free twice, with retake advice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method once Paddle approves them.
Delivered orders
Once digital content is delivered, the right of withdrawal may not apply under statutory exceptions. If you think a delivered file is faulty, write to us with your order number.
