What happens

For ID photo / Portrait orders, your photo is sent to OpenAI's image-editing model (gpt-image-2.5-sunburst), which re-creates it with a white background, balanced light, a front-facing pose, a neutral expression and, if chosen, a plain T-shirt.

Limits

Generative AI can alter facial features. Every result is checked automatically for face shape, expression, hair, skin tone and background; results that fail are not delivered. These checks are not biometric identity verification.

Visa photos

Visa photos are never edited with AI. Only cropping, scaling, levelling and file-format operations are applied.

OpenAI and your data

OpenAI states that data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default; it may be retained for a limited time for abuse monitoring. See OpenAI's own policies for details.
